DhaSh Marathon – Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the DhaSh Marathon.
Your participation supports fitness, team spirit, and a greener tomorrow.

1. General Policy

• All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Once a ticket is purchased, no refund will be processed under any circumstance other than those mentioned below.

2. Event Cancellation/Non-Execution Clause

A refund will be applicable only if:

• The marathon is cancelled or does not take place for any reason attributable to the organisers.
• In such case, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid at the time of booking.

3. No Refund in Below Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Personal inability to attend (illness, travel change, work, injury, etc.)
• Participant arriving late or failing to collect race kit
• Weather or natural conditions causing route modification
• Event rescheduled to a different date

4. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through original mode of payment.
